A 30-60 minute discussion will take place first where we can get to know each other and learn what you would like to explore during the QHHT session. You should have a list of questions along with the key players (important people) in your current life. I find that often those key players show up in your past lives.
The first part entails going through a past life that has a theme closely related to your current life. For example, if you have family issues in your current life, you will be shown a life where you may have had the same issue while shining light on how to resolve them. Clients describe the past life as a vivid dream, remembering most of the details as they listen to the recording. You will start off in a beginning scene, which sets the stage for that life. I will then guide you through the life eventually ending up at the death scene. Here, we are able to move on to another life or explore the afterlife. All is possible and the only limits are in your beliefs.
The second part is speaking with your higher self directly. This is where the magic happens. At this part of the session, I will ask the questions you noted in the pre-session to your higher self. If the higher self feels it’s appropriate, it will answer the questions directly. Now, what would the higher self deem appropriate? Questions of your life and ways to improve your life are usually fair game. Information that may harm you or others will not be provided. Once all of the questions have been answered, I usually ask the higher self to scan the body and see if there are any ailments that need to be healed. The higher self has the power to heal anything in the body.
The post session will be a short overview of what you’ve experienced. This will provide time for you to wake up completely while I answer any questions that you may have about session.
